Travel and Accommodations
Travel arrangements to Las Vegas and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of attendee. A special Engage attendee rate of $110/night per room (plus tax and resort fee) is available when booking rooms at The Mirage. This block of rooms is limited, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Group discounts are available!

If you register three or more people in the same session, you qualify for a 20% group discount. To register multiple people, complete this page for each attendee, click Save Registrant at the bottom of the page, and you will have the option to add another registrant or continue to check out. Group discount rates will be applied and show in your total after the third attendee is registered.

Registration Information

Your Engage 2018 registration includes all conference sessions, networking events, an optional free boot camp, and meals. Early-bird registration ends October 31 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

Group discounts are available when you register 3 or more people in one session. Register with the group discount pass, and the discount will automatically be applied after the third registration is submitted.

Terms & Agreements

1.1. Admittance. Your registration entitles you to admittance to ENGAGE 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”). Registration includes free one-day Bootcamp for RizePoint administrators, educational sessions, meals, and entertainment. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and RizePoint shall have not liability for such costs.
1.2. Media. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant RizePoint the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to RizePoint includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

2. Fee(s)
2.1. Payment. The payment of the applicable fee(s) for the Event is due upon registration.
2.2. Taxes. The fee(s) may be subject sales tax, value added tax, or any other taxes and duties which, if applicable, will be charged to you in addition to the fee(s).

3. Substitution and cancellation policy
3.1 After registering for the Event, if you cancel your attendance prior to December 1, 2017, you will receive an 80% refund of the amount of your payment. If you cancel on or after December 1, 2017, you will not be eligible for a refund; however, substitutions (subject to availability) may be arranged at the sole discretion of RizePoint.

4. Intellectual property
4.1. All intellectual property rights in and to ENGAGE 2018 content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by Steton Technology Group dba RizePoint and/or the Event sponsors or speakers presenting at the Event. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event content and/or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of RizePoint.
4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by RizePoint or any of its affiliates or grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights of RizePoint.

5. Warranties and limitation of liability
5.1. Other than to the extent required as a matter of law: (i) RizePoint shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with these Terms.
5.3. The maximum aggregate liability of RizePoint for any claim in any way connected with therewith or these Terms whether in contract, tort or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission) shall be limited to the amount paid by you to RizePoint under this Agreement to attend the Event.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Utah.
